• If you use the order form on our Shop page: your name, phone number, and the items you've selected.
• If you email us (including via the gift card link): whatever you send us, such as your email address and message.
• Standard technical data collected automatically by our hosting provider, Netlify (e.g. IP address, browser type), as part of normal website operation and security.

How we use it

Only to respond to your order, enquiry, or gift card request, and to arrange payment or your appointment. We don't sell or share your data with anyone for marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

Order form submissions are processed by Netlify, our website and forms host. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and all fonts and images are served directly from our own site rather than third parties.

Cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes in future, this page will be updated and a cookie notice added.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to fulfil your order or enquiry, or as required by law (e.g. for tax records).

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or raise a concern with the Data Protection Commission, Ireland's data protection regulator.
